Someone will be with you.
Why your Council built peerobserver.com, what happens the moment you send a request, and what a Peer Observer can and can't do.
What it is
If management requests a meeting, company policy lets you bring another Flight Attendant with you as a silent observer. Peer Observer is the Council's one front door for asking: a two-minute form, no login, and a team of Union Representatives who are alerted the moment you send it.
What happens after you tap Send
Every Peer Observer sees the request at once — the meeting, not your name. One of them claims your case and reaches you the way you asked: to prep before, sit with you through it, and debrief after. If nobody has claimed it, the system keeps chasing until someone does.
Privacy
Nothing on this site is shared with the company. Your work email isn't accepted. Only the observer who takes your case, and the Council's officers, see your name and contact details. The site asks search engines to stay out.
